OTS Personal Training

Is a service that is geared toward delivering the highest most efficient time spent working out in the shortest amount of time. We offer one-on-one, and group (clinic) type training in an office environment.

With over 50 years training experience, our personal trainers certifications include AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) ISSA (International sports and Sciences Assoc.), NSCA ( National Strength and Conditioning Assoc.)  With various other credits to their names.

We have trained and designed programs for people of a myriad of backgrounds, from the average exerciser looking to improve his/her fitness level. To extreme athletes with sport specific needs. We can also aid in rehabilitation and will work in conjunction with any Physical Therapist, Orthopedic, and Chiropractor. Full diet consultation and nutrition counseling, body-fat testing, advanced CORE training techniques, and Boot Camp style training available. OTS Personal Training can accommodate all people and all types of situations, and amount of training space is never an issue. Ultimately we will make the workout experience efficient, fun, and we will help you reach your health and fitness goals.
